Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Review

I’m assuming you people to be doing fine. Today’s review is going to be about an essential product that we all must have in our possession. You all must have guessed it from the title itself. Yes! So I am going to do a review of moisturizer. Before going into details of this product I have to make a confession, that I don’t follow the CTM routine religiously and also most of the days I skip a moisturizer and apply the sunscreen directly!

I know this is not good for my skin, but I am very busy in the morning to make time for all these. I don’t like the feeling of oiliness when I apply any moisturizer so that is another reason why I skip it.

To keep me interested in following the CTM routine strictly, I decided to buy a new moisturizer that I have not used before. All over the internet I read people raving about Cetaphil Moisturizers and how that product was even recommended by dermatologists. My level of interest in that product further developed and I finally ordered it online since it was not available anywhere near me. After waiting for two weeks I finally got my hands over this product!

My Views

The first thing that came up in my mind was that, this bottle is so huge, It would take me a lot of time to finish this! So this is totally a budget friendly product for college goers like me. The bottle has nothing fancy about it. It comes in a white plastic bottle (container) with a white cap. The cap is really tight and I get to hear that ‘click’ sound assuring me that it won’t spill anywhere!

The formula of this product is something to die for because it has a gel like consistency which does not make skin feel oily in any case! The lotion is white in color which disappears immediately, as soon as I spread it onto my face. The product is so light weight that, it makes me forget that I had actually applied this product. The application is smooth and soft. After the application, I instantly feel that my skin is hydrated well within!

Moisturizers are one thing that makes skin feel hydrated from within and it also removes dullness. This product may look a bit expensive, but for the quantity it is worth every penny! I have been using it for a month now and I still have a lot to finish before it gets empty.

Apply this every morning and you are well sorted for the moisturizing part of your skin care regime. I would love to recommend this product to anyone who wants a light weight moisturizer that doesn’t make your skin greasy or oily!
