The Nature’s Co Cool Cucumber Body Lotion Review

How’s your new week going on? Today, I am going to review a body lotion from The Nature’s Co, one of my very favorite skincare brands. Though I am not fond of cucumbers (I never eat them!) I got to try this body lotion as it was a part of my April beauty wish box from The Nature’s Co. And here comes the review.

My Views:

The product comes in a rectangular bottle with a flip cap. The bottle is sturdy and neat making the product travel friendly. I got the sample sized bottle and it opens with a twist-cap. The bigger version comes with flip one!

This body lotion is milk white in color and normal to runny in consistency. It spreads quite smoothly over the body skin and gets absorbed in no time. Coming to the fragrance – it smells cucumber! Though I hate how cucumbers taste, the fragrance feels very pleasant to me. I expected a hint of cucumber fragrance but the lotion itself smells like crushed cucumbers! If you are a cucumber lover, do not miss this product.

The moisturizing ability is also good. It keeps my skin moisturized for 3-4 hours in monsoons which is a decent time. It summer, it would definitely stay and prevent dryness for 6-7 hours! On application, it feel so cool and relaxing; and thus, it will be a really great product for summers! With 2 weeks of usage, it has softened my skin and made it less dry. I also guess it will help controlling the tanning part – if used after sun exposure.

Dislikes:

• It’ll not be enough moisturizing for very dry skin types.
• You can give this a skip if you are not very fond of cucumbers!

Conclusion:

Overall, it is a decent body lotion which fulfills your skin needs in summers and monsoons. It calms down the skin soon after application and the scent of cucumbers linger on for sometime. It doesn’t let my skin become dry for 3-4 hours at least, even in cold nights. But I’ll definitely need something more thick and moisturizing for winter nights.

This cool cucumber body lotion is a good one to try for summers! Once you return home from the scorching heat, it is going to cool down your sun tanned/burnt skin like any other body lotion does! Go grab it if you love cucumbers.
