Hello everybody,
How are you all doing? I’m back with a boho-chic outfit post after so long. Actually college is taking a heavy toll on my life. With practical exams, training reports and presentations being prepared every week, I hardly get time to devote for posing and blogging! But before the day comes to an end, I make it a point to check all the wonderful posts by you, friends.
The sun has come out of its hide with all the warmth and shine. And, it is this time of the year that I love dressing up. I wore this outfit last weekend to a food festival hosted by the folks of Northeast. The event was great fun followed by satisfying my taste buds.
Coming to the outfit, I wore an embellished long skirt in peach color. It has mirror work with colorful thread-work. To keep the dazzle of the skirt minimal and understated, I choose to pair it with plain spaghetti in coral color. The lace detailing on its strips makes it a statement wear. I loved the way the color of the skirt and spaghetti faded into each other as the warm and cool shade merged together.
For accessories, I combined two beaded neckpieces together to bring in a bohemian appeal to my look. I kept everything out of the scene and stuck only to these two neckpieces as I wanted all the focus on its bold impression. For footwear, I wore basic black bellies. They are flat, comfy and chic all at the same time! I also carried a traditional red batwa with rich mirror work to keep it in sync with the skirt. This drawstring side bag brought alive the put together look of the outfit.
For makeup I’m wearing Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation – Natural Beige and Coloressence loose powder on my face. On my eyes, I’m wearing Lakme Absolute Forever Silk Black Eyeliner and Lakme Eyeconic Kajal. And on my lips I’m wearing Lakme Absolute Creme Lipstick Royal Rouge. For the tresses, I tied it into a high chignon that gave a casually chic look to the overall cheerful mood of the outfit.
Hope you like the look and enjoy the pictures! Have a great day ahead! :)
