Honey is one of the oldest & sweetest beauty products, which also used to cure physical illness. Honey has antibacterial property helps to prevent pimples. Almond is a one more gift given to human kind, they possess lots of beauty and healthy benefits. Almonds are rich in Vitamin A, B, E, F, K, calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, folic acid, omega 3 and omega 6, fiber and protein. Consuming almond will strengthen hair and adds shine. Well, today here I am with a Joy moisturizing lotion which is a combination of honey and almond. Lets see what I like and don’t like about the product.

My Take on Joy Honey and Almonds Nourishing Body Lotion:

It is an off-white color lotion and consistency is thick. Fragrance is unique but okayish. It is quite strong and for sensitive nose it will not be okayish.

It is a thick lotion and spreads on skin easily. Initially I was okay with the smell and now I am used to it. The fragrance is quite strong but slowly fades off. It takes 2 or 3 minutes to get absorbed. This lotion made my skin soft and supple. I applied it on my foot; it reduces foot roughness and made it smooth & soft. The body lotion stays on my skin for long time, actually I never find chance to reapply it.

I apply it on my face only when I stay at my home. It gives greasy feeling on my face but firms skin. It didn’t breakout my skin. Almond oil, honey, aloe vera and shea butter are skin friendly on other hand it contains paraben too. Overall it is a good product.

Why I like this Body Lotion?:

• Quite lot of lotion which lasts for at least 5 months
• Keeps skin soft and supple
• It stays on skin for good time
• No testing on animal
• Contains herbal products
• Firms skin

Why I don’t like this Body Lotion?:

• Strong fragrance
• Ingredients includes paraben
