Inky Pinky Ponky; Father has a donkey – this is my confusion mantra. Yes, whenever I am confused of the options in my question paper, I use this mantra to pick out some random option as an answer. Especially during my mid term exams :P So the same way I used this mantra to select a random blush for myself from the four blushes available at the Anna Andre’s. Read on further to know how this pinky, ponky, donkey mantra helped me just like the answers.

My Take:
The blush comes in a tiny, matte black packaging. It has a mirror attached to it and a brush too. You know what? The brush has no space inside the blush box. It came separately, which means you can’t take it with the blush, but in your pocket. What’s the use? hahaah :D
The packaging though made up of plastic doesn’t look cheap because its black!. The brush provided is of no use and the mirror too. You can only see either your right or left eye in that (too tiny).
This is my first peach blush. So eagerly, I swatched it. Oh my mummmyyy! Shimmers Shimmers!!!! And extremely pigmented. Scary me! The blush is a shimmery peachy pink shade that looks so pretty on cheeks. I think it will suit all skin tones though it may rock on fair skin tones. It is best for evening/party looks. The texture is really soft, thus causes heavy fall out. It is very extremely pigmented. So even a bit more can make you clone in the circus. Blending becomes a bit tough due to the heavy shimmer contents.
If worn after a cream blush, it stays for the whole day. And if worn alone on a TM/foundation it stays for 6-7 hrs, which is good.
PROS:
- Pretty peachy pink shade
- Soft and smooth texture
- Extremely pigmented
- Nice packaging
- Really affordable for the quality
- High staying power
- Shimmers adds a glow to the cheeks making it great for night/party looks.
CONS:
- Brush as usual , does nothing
- Pigmentation is a con too that makes blending a bit tough.
- Shimmers (you hear that)!!!!!!!
- Availability
- Causes heavy fall out (look at my pan).
Rating: 3.5/5
Do I Recommend?:
Yes, if you like shimmers on your face and if you can apply blush like a pro. No, if you hate shimmers (like me), and a novice in applying blush.
Will I Repurchase?:
Definitely not this one, as I call out mummy every time when I see shimmers on my face. May be the other matte shades from this range since it is really worthy for the price tag. Overall, a pretty shimmery peachy pink shade that will suit all complexions, highly pigmented, and has a soft texture at an affordable price.
I don;t mind the shimmers. The color looks so beautiful!
I dn’t like shimmery blush much… but else shade looks pretty
