I have already reviewed the cobalt green eye pencil in this range. I have been searching and searching for blue eye pencils. Blue is my favourite jewel tone. I had liquid liners but they got dried up so easily. When I saw VOV one, I immediately took one more blue in this as well. You will see how much I love blue soon.

Beautiful denim matte blue colour to give an instant pop to eyes and also makes eyes look smokey and chick.
How to Use?:
Line your eyes with this pencil and add lots of kohl for smoldering blue smokey eyes. Best suited on brown eyes.

My Take on VOV Colour Crayon Creme Eye Pencil Blue:
I already said, its color coded so comes in a blue colored pencil. There is no name or anything but only numbers are given. This has 007 though. The cap fits perfectly and tight so no problem in carrying in your purse, travel issues and breakage. It is thin and light in weight, easy to handle as well.
It is beautiful denim blue. I have one jean in this exact colour and I frequently team it up with it. The colour is intense and glides on pretty easily without tugging. You may need to swipe a lot to get complete perfect denim blue but office goers can give single swipe for instant pop to your eyes. It can be teamed with brown as well. It makes my eyes look wider that way. I use loads of mascara.
The pencil is so soft but not breaking much. It glides on easily but I saw once uneven distribution of color on my eyes, but later I realized it was because of faulty foundation blends. This eye pencil can be easily smudged and used as a eye shadow as well.
This eye pencil stays for around 4 hours on my eyes without fading. Oily lids will have problems here but nothing that a good translucent powder can solve. It has no fragrance and it can be easily removed with any normal face wash.
On My Eyes ~ EOTD:
I have the pencil on upper lash line, with brown on lower lash line and dazzler mascara single coat.
Why I like this Eye Pencil?:
- Excellent denim blue colour
- Good pigmentation and soft on eyes.
- Staying power is good
- Light on pocket
- Travel friendly and good cap.
- Variety of colours available
- Easily removable and applicable.
Why I don’t like this Eye Pencil?:
- Availability (now a days I have seen stock problems. These are going around like hot cakes)

Yes, always. It is a great colour and a must for college going girls who need budget products like these.

ya i know lan….:) pigmentation is good really. just look at my hand swatch. that was a single swipe and on eyes i had to do 2 swipes only :D
